We are expanding our international workforce and are inviting hardworking and ambitious Nigerian nationals to join our UK construction teams under a fully sponsored visa programme.

About the Role

As a Construction Trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training covering key construction skills such as site preparation, bricklaying assistance, materials handling, and basic equipment use.

You will work under supervision of experienced site managers and gain exposure to multiple areas of the building process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist site teams with day-to-day construction activities

• Operate tools and handle materials safely and efficiently

• Support qualified tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, etc.)

• Learn to follow health & safety procedures on active sites

• Participate in structured training and skills-development workshops
