    SellFast.ng is Nigeria’s trusted online classified ads platform where users can buy, sell, trade, and discover products or services locally. Whether you’re selling household items, cars, property, or offering services, SellFast.ng helps connect buyers and sellers easily and safely.
    Yes! Creating an account, browsing, and posting basic ads are completely free. However, we offer optional paid upgrades (like Featured Ads, Top Ads, and Bump Ups) that increase visibility and attract more buyers faster.
    You can browse without an account, but posting or managing ads requires registration. Your account lets you: (a) Edit or renew your ads (b) Receive messages from interested buyers (c) Track ad performance (d) Access premium tools
    You can sign up using your email address or social login (Google / Facebook, if enabled). A verification link or OTP will be sent for security.

POSTING & MANAGING ADS
    (1) Click “Post Ad Now”. (2) Choose the right category and subcategory. (3) Enter clear title, detailed description, location, and price. (4) Upload good-quality images. (5) Submit the ad — it will be reviewed before going live.
    (1) Use a short, descriptive title (“Neatly Used iPhone 13 for Sale – Lagos”). (2) Upload clear, well-lit photos (at least 3–5). (3) Be honest and detailed in your description. (4) Include a realistic price. (5) Select the right category and location for visibility.
    You can post multiple ads depending on your account type. Basic users can post a limited number of free ads, while verified or premium accounts enjoy higher limits.
    Free ads typically run for 30 days. Featured or paid ads may remain active longer depending on the selected plan. You can renew or bump your ad anytime.

SEARCHING & DISCOVERING ADS
    Use the search bar and apply filters like: Category / Subcategory, Price range, Location / City, Condition (new / used)
    Yes. Logged-in users can “heart” or save ads to their Favorites list for easy access later.
    These are premium listings that appear at the top of search results and attract 3–5x more views. Sellers can upgrade any existing ad to featured status for higher visibility.
    You can refresh your Ads by using the Bump Up feature on Sellfast.ng. To use Bump Up, simply follow these steps in your profile page. Click on the three bars on the top left, corner of your profile page, Click Manage Ads, Click My Ads, Click on the "Bump Up"box next to the Ad you want to refresh.

PAYMENTS & PROMOTIONS
    You can use: (a) Bump Up: Moves your ad to the top of listings. (b) Featured Ad: Gives your ad premium placement and highlights it visually. (c) Top of Category: Places your ad above others in that section.
    SellFast.ng accepts Debit/credit cards (via secure gateway) and Bank transfers. All payments are processed securely, and no card details are stored on our servers.

BUYERS & SELLERS SAFETY
    Follow these simple rules: (a) Meet in safe, public places. (b) Never pay upfront for goods you haven’t seen. (c) Verify sellers before transacting. (d) Avoid deals that sound too good to be true.
    SellFast.ng is a listing platform — we do not handle transactions or payments between users. However, we monitor activity and remove fraudulent users when reported.
    Use the “Report Ad” button on the listing page or contact support via contact@sellfast.ng. Provide screenshots or details — we’ll investigate immediately. All payments are processed securely, and no card details are stored on our servers.
