    To get alerted of messages from potentials customers, there are features we have built into Sellfast.ng to facilitate that.As a User, you will receive email notification of every message sent to you by other platform Users. Users also get notified through their Profile icon.
    Bump up refers to Sellfast feature that allows users to increase the visibility or priority of their ad listing. When a user "bumps up" his/her ad, it moves higher up in the list of search results or category listings, making it more visible to potential buyers or users browsing the site.Bump up options are offered as part of paid packages on Sellfast.ng.Bumping up an ad will help increase its chances of being seen by more users, thereby potentially attracting more inquiries or offers for the advertised product or service. It's a way for users to give their Ad more exposure and increase its visibility among other listings on the site.
    You can Feature your Ad on Sellfast.ng in two simple ways.The first way is to  Select "Mark Featured" box when you are creating the Ad. Secondly, you can feature your Ads from your Account Profile under "Manage Ads" Section
    You can refresh your Ads by using the Bump Up feature on Sellfast.ng. To use Bump Up, simply follow these steps in your profile page.Click on the three bars on the top left, corner of your profile page, Click Manage Ads, Click My Ads, Click on the "Bump Up"box next to the Ad you want to refresh.
    In Sellfast.ng, your Ad Status may either be Active, Featured, Rejected, Inactive or Expired. Your Ads status are indicated in "Manage Ads" section in "My Account" Page
    You can always rearrange your Ad images even after you have posted the Ads. To rearrange your Ad images, log in and select the Ad, click on the "Re-arrange the Ad Photos" at the top of the ad, re-arrange the images and click "Re-arrange".

    There are basically four packages on Sellfast.ng website.Free Package, Silver Package, Gold Package and Platinum Packages.As the name suggests, Free package is FREE without any string attached.Silver, Gold and Platinum packages are paid packages.
    The validity of Sellfast.ng  packages are as follows:Free – 30 days.Silver 30, Gold 30, Platinum 30 : 30 days.Silver 60, Gold 60, Platinum 60 : 60 days.Silver 90, Gold 90, Platinum 90 : 90 days.Silver 120, Gold 120, Platinum 120 :120 days.
