PROHIBITED ITEMS ON SELLFAST

It is important for users on Sellfast.ng Platform to comply with all applicable laws, the Terms of Use, and all Sellfast.ng posting rules and policies. The following, albeit non-exhaustive, are not allowed for promotion or sale on Sellfast.ng. We normally update this list from time to time. Users are therefore advised to check this page regularly to avoid breaching this Posting Rule. Any User found in breach of this posting rule will be blocked without recourse to the User.

The following are disallowed from being posted on sellfast.ng

Weapons
Stolen property
Code grabbing and lock picking devices
Loans, money transactions, Bitcoin, various gift cards
Narcotics, steroids, and any drugs or medications that require a prescription from a licensed medical specialist.
Restricted military/police items.
Network marketing and “Home Base Business” jobs.
Multi-level marketing, pyramid, and matrix programs.
Human organs.
Get Rich Quick Scheme
Illegal/pirated materials.
Trophies and wildlife specimens (including but not limited to ivory artifacts and pangolin parts) in relation to which trade is prohibited by applicable legislation.
Products or services prohibited by law, in particular:
1. Processed food, water, drinks, medical devices, drug products, cosmetics and chemicals not registered with the National Agency for Food & Drug Administration and Control (the “NAFDAC”) or other relevant authority of Nigeria;
2. Any goods, sale, distribution, or advertising of which is banned or restricted by the NAFDAC or any other relevant authority of Nigeria;
3. Any goods, sale, distribution or advertising of which is prohibited by applicable legislation of Nigeria;
4. Any goods which have not met quality standards and of/or certified Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) or any other relevant Authority in Nigeria:
5. Any goods that are represented on the label or described as a treatment, preventative, or cure for diseases, disorders, or abnormal physical states specified by applicable legislation of Nigeria.
